Results
The call for proposals was massively successful, with 350 total submissions. The Request for Proposals was oversubscribed 36 times, with bids totalling more than USD 43 billion. The submitted concept notes went through a rigorous evaluation process, and the 30 best ideas were shortlisted for further development. Other concept notes that were not included in the shortlist may still be considered for the regular pipeline.
